What are the minimum & maximum number of guests?
This is entirely up to you. We have provided catering for private events with 6 guests up to weddings and corporate events with over 600 people.

How much space & time do you need?
If we are outside, to protect the food (and our chef!) we bring a 3m x 3m gazebo.  If you are limited on space, please let us know when we discuss the details and we will do our utmost to make it work. Our team will arrive a few hours before service to set up the gazebo and make final preparations for the meats and side dishes.

Can I modify or add to the menu?
This is your day, so no problem to tailor the menu to suit you.  We are always developing our menus, often have seasonal additions and are more than happy to discuss these, or any requests you may have. Please get in touch and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will let you know what we can do.

Can we have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and allergen free options?
Absolutely.  We offer a variety of options for vegetarians, vegans, and guests with food sensitivities. Simply inform us of the number of guests needing alternative choices, and we’ll collaborate with you to create a menu tailored to their dietary requirements. Our Chefs will also have allergen information cards when on site.

Do I need to provide anything?
Just yourself and your guests!  We are fully self-sufficient, our equipment runs on gas (which we supply) and food is kept warm in chafing dishes with chafing fuel.  We may require a single 13 amp power supply if certain menu choices are selected - eg chips.

What about the clearing up & leftovers?
Apart from having happy guests, with full stomachs, you won’t even know we were there! We will thoroughly clean up our catering area and take everything away with us.  Should you wish, our team can plate up any remaining meat for you to snack on later, or box up for guests to take away.

How much does it cost?
Every event is unique, so we price each one individually.  We’ll provide a personalised quote based on the number of guests, location, menu selections, and date, while striving to stay within your budget.

 

How do I book?
To start the ball rolling, please fill in the enquiry form, send an email, a WhatsApp message, or give us a call – whatever suits you best. We will get in touch to go through all the details and, when you are happy with your menu choices, we will send a confirmation and ask for a deposit payment – this confirms your booking and reserves the date in our calendar.
